Triple Threat Elite Development Day

My Elite Development Day is designed to give players a complete training experience. It includes 2 hours of high-intensity on-ice training, focusing on skill development, game situations, and advanced techniques. Off the ice, players will go through 1 hour of dryland training, improving strength, speed, and agility. To cap it off, there’s a 1-hour meet-and-greet with Hockey Benders, where players can learn from top creators in the hockey community. This is the ultimate opportunity for players to push their game to the next level while connecting with the hockey world!

Who Is TF Hockey?

Our Services

Private Training

$65 + Ice

In a 1 on 1 session, we focus on game-specific scenarios to help players improve their speed, agility, edge work, stick handling, and shooting. Every session is designed to sharpen in-game decision-making and develop skills that translate directly to competition. Most importantly, I work to build each player’s confidence, ensuring they feel strong and ready on the ice. (All sessions are coaching fee + ice.)

Dryland Training

My dryland training sessions focus on developing speed, agility, and overall movement efficiency to make players smoother and faster on the ice. Through specialized drills, I help athletes improve their footwork, balance, and the ability to maneuver with control. Every session is designed to enhance explosiveness, ensuring players feel stronger in every stride.

Group Training

2-4 players $120 + Ice 5 + Players $40 Each + iCe

My group training sessions focus on developing young hockey players through high-intensity drills, skill development, and game-situation training. I create a competitive but supportive environment where players can improve their skating, shooting, passing, and hockey IQ. Each session is designed to challenge athletes while ensuring they build confidence and have fun.

TF Hockey Group Skates

Our group skates are designed to maximize development by keeping a low player-to-coach ratio. Each session is limited to a maximum of 15 players, ensuring that every athlete gets focused attention and quality reps. With smaller groups, players receive personalized instruction, more puck touches, and increased skating time, allowing them to develop their skills efficiently in a high-tempo environment.
